About Trena Bolden Fields 

Trena Bolden Fields is a values, vision and personal legacy coach, an international speaker, photographer, actor, writer and founder of the Claim Your Worth Summit. She is also the founder of Bolden Fields, LLC, which includes, Paid Actor,  Bolden Fields Arts Academy, Bolden Fields Media and Trena Bolden Fields Coaching. Trena regularly utilizes her creative abilities to help her clients and mentees create business and personal success. 

As an international speaker, career and life coach as well as a facilitator for workshops on effective communication, purpose, diversity, transitions, unity and cultural communication, Trena continues to help individuals discover what is most important to them. In essence, Trena helps her clients “get to the heart of the matter,” create belonging, claim their worth, live on purpose, lead with their vision and create lasting legacies. She has presented in the U.S., South Africa and Mexico.

Trena Bolden Fields has performed in productions in the U.S. and South Africa where Market Theatre’s production of A Raisin in the Sun received a Naledi Award for best production. Trena played Lena Younger (Mama) in this production. Trena has written and produced two one woman shows, Daring to Think, Move, and Speak and My Life Interrupted, Not Once, but Forever. She has published a chapbook of short narrative stories and her forthcoming book Finding Love Within, will be released late 2021.

Trena Bolden Fields received her undergraduate degree in theatre arts and mass communication from Augsburg College and a master's degree in educational psychology, counseling and student personnel psychology from the University of Minnesota. She received her life coaching certification from the Adler Graduate School and completed a master of fine arts degree in creative writing from Augsburg College. Currently, she travels and lives abroad navigating life with spouse and his career in the Foreign Service. Trena is also a mom to two beautiful children.
